Dispatch time

We endeavour to dispatch your order by the next business day but during very busy periods such as Mother's Day and Christmas/the holiday season it may take up to two business days. The shipping times shown above are calculated from time of dispatch.

Australia deliveries

For deliveries within Australia, we use Australia Post exclusively.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from Australia Post with tracking information which will give you a more accurate estimate of when your package will be delivered.

A signature on delivery is not required but please note that while Australia Post will do their best to deliver your parcel, if you're not home and the driver thinks it's unsafe to leave it (eg. you live on a busy street or the delivery driver could not access your property), they will deliver it to a nearby post office for collection by you. 

Please note that once your order has been confirmed as delivered to the delivery address provided, Hybernate is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the package.

Rest of World

We deliver worldwide.

International deliveries are made by either Australia Post International Express or Fedex.

Please note that you must include your phone number at checkout so you that can be contacted about your delivery if necessary.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. A signature is required to deliver your parcel and if you’re not home a calling card will be left and you will need to arrange for re-delivery.

Import duties, customs and sales taxes are NOT included in our shipping fee or order total, and you will be charged by customs in your country based on the value of your shipment. Upon arrival, a separate payment may be required to release your order. Hybernate is not responsible for this payment. As you are liable for all duties, customs, and sales taxes, please take this into account when placing your order.
